MEET THE FARM
The people and purpose behind the food
Coastal Cattle Company is a family-owned Summerville cattle and beef operation founded in 2020. The farm sells locally raised beef including ground beef, steaks, roasts, specialty cuts, curated boxes and freezer shares.
Families can order through the farm's online store and arrange in-person pickup by appointment at the Summerville farm location. The farm's story traces its growth from daughter Madison's agriculture-program interest to goats, chickens and a rejected Hereford bull calf named Oxford Wellington, which helped launch the family's cattle operation.
Pasture-fed and pasture-raised language is publicly associated with the farm. Farm Allegiance does not currently attribute honey or pork to Coastal Cattle Company because farm-of-origin provenance for those products has not been established.
